Your account most likely does not have permission to see the page you're requesting. Use the admin account provided to your administrator to change the permissions for your account to access the page.
The to do list shows service- and workorders that have yet to be performed. It prioritizes based on date and status.
If the left icon is colored red it means that the status is critical. Your team has most likely missed something or you're just far behind.
A yellow colored icon points to an urgent status. You haven't forgotten anything yet. But you're falling behind.
A green icon means that it's all well and good for now.
A blue icon represents a performed service- or work order.
