Do you have assignment that is to be done often and regularly? Then it may be easier to create a Recurring Work Order.
Here’s how:
Start from an existing or create a new work order, click Set to Recurring at the bottom of the page.
Fill in the time interval and (optional) day of the week.
Once you have executed the work order, signed and selected Ready for invoicing the next Work order will be created automatically.
Go to Function > Recurring Work Orders.
Add the permission Set to recurring to users under Permission settings – Work order
